Who we are

Catalyst Works is a consulting practice founded by Boubacar. We help business owners put AI to work on the parts of the week that eat their time. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Catalyst Works, and "you" means the person or business using the site or buying a service.

Our services

We offer paid and free workshop seats and consulting and AI-advisory services. We describe each service on the site or in the materials we send you, and we provide it as described. We may update, reschedule, or discontinue a service, and if a change affects something you already paid for, we will work with you in good faith to make it right.

Payments

• Prices are shown at the point of purchase and are in US dollars unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe, not to us, and are handled under Stripe's own terms and privacy policy.
• You agree to provide accurate payment information and confirm you are authorized to use the payment method you enter.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Digital products (guides, templates, downloads, and other digital materials): All sales of digital products are final. Because these products are delivered digitally and can be downloaded, copied, and kept, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase is complete. Please review the product description before you buy. If a file is damaged or your download link does not work, email hello@catalystworks.consulting and we will make sure you receive a working copy of what you paid for.

Paid workshops and events: Your seat is reserved the moment you register, and we plan each session around the people who sign up. For that reason, paid workshop registrations are non-refundable. We do keep your spot flexible in two ways: transfer your seat to a future session of the same workshop if you tell us at least 48 hours before the start time; or send someone in your place by emailing us their name at least 48 hours before the start time. No refunds or transfers are available for cancellations made inside 48 hours of the session, or for no-shows. If something serious comes up, email us and we may, at our discretion, offer a credit toward a future session. Free or comped seats carry no charge, so there is nothing to refund. If you cannot attend a free session, let us know so we can offer your spot to someone else.

Consulting and advisory services: Consulting engagements begin with a deposit that reserves your time on our calendar. Deposits are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, let us know at least 48 hours in advance and we will move your session at no charge. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, or missed, are billed as set out in your engagement agreement. Fees already invoiced for work completed or in progress are non-refundable.

Acceptable use

Please use the site and our services lawfully and in good faith. Do not try to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the site, do not misuse our materials, and do not use anything we provide to harm others or break the law. We may suspend access if the site or a service is being misused.

Intellectual property

The Catalyst Works name, the site, our written materials, methods, frameworks, and deliverables are our intellectual property, or are used with permission. When you buy a service, you may use the deliverables we give you for your own business. You may not resell, republish, or redistribute our materials as your own without our written permission. Anything you share with us stays yours.

No guarantee of results

We bring real experience and honest work to every engagement. We do not guarantee a specific business outcome, revenue figure, or result, because those depend on many things outside our control, including how the work is put into practice. What you buy is the service and the deliverable we describe, not a promised result.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Catalyst Works is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our services. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the service the claim relates to. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to these terms or our services will be handled under Utah and United States law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update this page and change the effective date at the top. If you keep using the site or our services after a change, that means you accept the updated terms.
