The order matters

Every business has more than one problem. Almost none of them are the one worth fixing first. The job is to find the constraint, fix that, and leave your team able to keep it fixed. In that order.

Start with the audit. Most people do. If you already know the fix and just need it built, we skip to the sprint. If you want an operator who stays, we do that too.

I am taking on my first three founding clients at a founding rate, in exchange for the right to write up what we fix. You get my full attention. I get the case study. The founding rate applies to the audit. The Fix Sprint is the same price for everyone, founding client or not.

Where AI fits

AI is a tool, not the point. I reach for it when it is the right fix for your bottleneck, and I leave it out when a simpler system does the job. You will never pay me to bolt AI onto a problem that did not need it.
